By accessing the website at www.myrtlelearning.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use Licence

  • Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Myrtle Learning’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:
    • modify or copy the materials;
    • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Myrtle Learning’s website;
    • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

  • This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Myrtle Leaning at any time. Myrtle Learning makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
  • Further, Myrtle Learning does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Myrtle Learning or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Myrtle Learning’s website, even if Myrtle Learning or a Myrtle Learning authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on Myrtle Learning’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Myrtle Learning does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Myrtle Learning may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Myrtle Learning does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Myrtle Learning has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Myrtle Learning of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

7. Modifications

Myrtle Learning may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Students / Tuition

  • Myrtle Learning registration must be fully completed as best as possible via the website ( www.myrtlelearning.com ). 
  • Students must enrol onto the relevant courses before turning up for tuition. If your child has any medical conditions we MUST be informed when the registration form is filled in.
  • If a condition has not been brought to our attention, we will not accept responsibility for any treatment or non-treatment of any condition. 
  • If a condition is brought to our attention that requires a parent/guardian to be present we must be made aware of this while your child is in tuition.  
  • Under no circumstances will any staff member of Myrtle Learning attempt or manage in any way involve themselves with the condition during the tuition period.
  • If in our opinion we feel that a student is likely to prejudice the interests and actions of any other student or any staff member or if any information was withheld when filling out the registration form, we reserve the right to cancel lessons without notice, and fees already paid will not be refunded.
  • It is the responsibility of parents/students to rearrange lessons they have missed in collaboration with the staff at Myrtle Learning.
  • Initial assessments are chargeable depending on the level of study of the student as displayed on our website.
  • The unit price for courses is based on an hour. The total cost for the month is calculated on the minimum hours to be covered per month
  • Students must enrol on courses at the beginning  of the month to have access to course material and resources. Any queries or problems regarding pricing, all issues must be brought to the attention of the Myrtle Learning administrator so it can be resolved as soon as possible. 
  • All students are encouraged to use our strategically designed bespoke exercise books for their notes. These books can be bought directly from our website or our office.
  • Enrollment fees are non-refundable. 
  • For online lessons, parents/students must ensure they have all the necessary resources to access the lesson.
  • Myrtle Learning reserves the right to revoke the enrollment of any students who fail to comply with it’s rules or fail to meet the required Myrtle standards.
  • Any criminal damage made from the students must be paid in full to cover the cost of any damages made. 
  • Myrtle Learning will not accept any responsibility once a student has left the premises. If a student is delayed or expects to be late for a lesson, please contact us on 07877911107 or an email to [email protected]
  • Parents are fully responsible for siblings of students and any family relatives that are not enrolled with Myrtle Learning but come to our premises. 
  • No Chewing gum is to be brought in by any  student to our centres, but the student is allowed to bring any food or drink to the lesson. 
  • If you have any enquiries, contact us from 10am-8pm Monday to Saturday and 12pm – 5pm Sundays. We can also be contacted by using ‘contact us’ link on the website

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
